Don’t be fooled by the Gucci tag..

It’s still fatty. Actually, I dig this concept. McDonalds is pimping themselves out for Fashion Week 2010. It’s called McFancy and it’s the latest marketing idea that will launch during fashion weeks around the globe.
There will be pop-up restaurants in the fashion tents, equip with waiters, stylish seating and your favorite Big Mac. Also, major fashion brands are designing stylish packaging. So during fashion week, make sure you pick up a Burberry Burger with a side of Chanel fries and a Paul Smith Sundae!
I want McDonalds now. BOO!

| Â On September 10th join my Fashion’s Night Out plans from Chanel, Missoni, Rag & Bone, and more |
Chanel’s Jade nail polish caused a veritable riot among varnish aficionados when mannequin’s stomped down the runway with pale green nails in February; at the brand’s Wooster Street outpost, the color will be available for purchase before its official US launch-and lucky SoHo shoppers will be treated to mini-manicures.
Rag & Bone’s two downtown shops will be a must-stop for the Guinness-swilling crowds. The Brass Monkey is setting up a pop-up Irish pub in both the Christopher Street and Mercer Street stores, complete with sawdust-ed floors, a live Irish band, and of course, the aforementioned beer. Jessica Stam will also take a break from her daily model duties to play shopgirl; the top walker will be working the cash register.
Over at Missoni, another blonde will be on duty: Rachel Zoe will join Margherita Missoni to co-host the cocktail fête, where the two will offer guests styling tips on creating their own personalized Missoni bags. Proceeds from the sale of the bags (as well as the FNO tees) will benefit the National September 11 Memorial and Musuem.
Finally, come see me at Bergdorf Goodman: join Vogue’s André Leon Talley, Donna Karan, Hope Dworaczyk and Robert Verdi for “Fashion’s Night Out”. Oh and starlet Emmy Rossum will be there too.

Hitting MIA…
Written by Eva Located in Fashion Week

As I am looking at my suitcase wondering how the hell I am going to fit all my damn shoes in it, I thought of Miami and had to write this blog…
So tomorrow Hope and I hit Miami swim fashion week to host her party on Saturday night at APPLE Lounge. Since the weirdest stuff always happens to us when we travel, I have put together a short list of things that will probably occur while we are there..
-A blackberry will be lost. It never fails. Someone always looses their blackberry. Then we have to awkwardly walk into a Verizon the next day explaining that SOMEWHERE in the city, there is a blackberry just chilling in the back seat of a cab
-We will piss off a cab driver because we will ask them to drive around a street looking for a pair of red boots we saw in a store window. (We had no idea where the store was, drove around for an hour.)
-I will loose an article of clothing in my hotel room and be CONVIENCED that the maid stole it, followed by Hope thinking I’m absolutely nuts and ignoring me for an hour as punishment.
-We will dress up in a ridiculous outfit (like really stupid things that don’t match) just to hit up the local Wallgreens for craisins and $13 wine.
This trip will probably include all of the above plus Hope buying an afro wig just because she wants to be different.
We will be posting photos and blogs while we are there so defiantly check back!
See ya in Miami!

I’m having mixed feelings about the Givenchy Couture 09 collection. Morocco was the inspiration on Riccardo Tisci mind as he brought interesting cuts, draped gold and black velvet to the Paris runway. I am so down for gold jewels all over me but velvet? Really? There is something about a full velvet suit that just doesn’t look right. Agree? Good.
Here are three of, what I think, are the best looks from the collection. Peep this to check out the full collection and comment away!

1. Big roomy bag that can easily fit all your essentials. I like Miu Miu and Prada. Both make great big bags.
2. Small make-up bag to hold all your pre-landing beauty musts.
3. Pre-Landing beauty plan: compact mirror, hydration mist, moisturizer, eyedrops, cheek stain, mascara, sexy mother pucker lip gloss and hand cream.
4. Gum
5. Almonds. They’re healthy and you can bypass yuck airline snacks.
6. Small notepad and pen
7. A great book.
8. Sunglasses
9. I-pod & earphones
10. BlackberryÂ

I am in love with Victor & Rolf Flowerbomb Hair Mist. Flowerbomb is a floral explosion giving your tresses a perfect hint of all that’s sweet. Not only is it alcohol free but this mist leaves hair delicate and soft!

I’m getting pretty damn excited for another fashion week. My next stop is Toronto. I have a hard time heading that way when it’s still cold out so this swimsuit made me happy.Â
If I were headed to Miami instead of Toronto, I would wear this and a huge pair of sunglasses. I would also sip champagne poolside and eat strawberries in the sun. Instead, I’m Toronto Fashion Week bound and will be sipping hot chocolate and bundled under scarfs and coats. I need warm weather soon. Miami Fashion Week… HURRY!!!

I’m going to pick up the UK Elle Magazine today. Look at the cover!
Gwennie looks adorable and she’s wearing my favorite design duo -
Dolce & Gabbana! Spring/Summer 2009 Collection.
Seriously though, could she look any cuter?
